Music pitches গানের প্রস্তাব
If you send a song, we store the song title, artist, official listening link, release context, your email, your note, submission time and basic campaign source (UTM) fields in a Google Sheet. We use these details to review the release and contact you about the pitch. We email the editorial inbox and send an acknowledgement to the address you provide. A pitch does not guarantee coverage or playlist placement.

Playlist updates প্লেলিস্টের খবর
If you subscribe, we collect your name, email, consent time and subscription status. Your subscription stays pending until you click the confirmation link we email you. Playlist updates are sent only to confirmed subscribers, individually, and every update email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing changes your status; it does not delete the audit record. You can request deletion by emailing admin@intelliinvestor.org.in.
সাবস্ক্রাইব করলে নাম, ইমেল, সম্মতির সময় ও সাবস্ক্রিপশনের অবস্থা রাখা হয়। ইমেলে পাঠানো নিশ্চিতকরণ লিংকে ক্লিক না করা পর্যন্ত সাবস্ক্রিপশন চালু হয় না। প্রতিটি আপডেট ইমেলে নাম সরানোর লিংক থাকবে। তথ্য মুছতে একই ঠিকানায় অনুরোধ করুন।
Artist Desk guide and letters শিল্পীর সহায়িকা ও ইমেল
If you request an Artist Desk guide, we ask for your name, email, broad release stage and permission to deliver the resource. Subscription to the fortnightly Artist Desk letter is a separate, optional choice. These details are used to deliver what you requested and tailor future educational material at an aggregate level. The form does not collect or store details until its secure email connection is active. Once enabled, confirmation and unsubscribe rules will apply to the fortnightly letter in the same way as other email subscriptions.

Playlist clicks & campaign sources প্লেলিস্টে ক্লিক ও প্রচার-উৎস
When you open a playlist, we may record the playlist ID, page path and campaign tags such as UTM source, medium and campaign. Any reported totals are approximate clicks—not unique listeners, verified people or Spotify streams. We use these events only to understand aggregate playlist interest and campaign performance. To limit automated inflation, at most one click per playlist and page is recorded per minute. We do not attach a name, email, phone number or advertising ID to playlist clicks.

Spam protection স্প্যাম থেকে সুরক্ষা
Public pitches and subscriptions use Cloudflare Turnstile to help block automated abuse. Cloudflare processes the challenge response under its own privacy terms. The form is not accepted if the server-side verification is unavailable or fails.
গানের প্রস্তাব ও সাবস্ক্রিপশন ফর্মে স্বয়ংক্রিয় অপব্যবহার ঠেকাতে Cloudflare Turnstile ব্যবহার করা হয়। যাচাই পরিষেবা অনুপলব্ধ বা ব্যর্থ হলে ফর্ম গ্রহণ করা হয় না।
Storage, access & retention তথ্য রাখা, ব্যবহার ও সংরক্ষণ
Form records are stored in a Google Sheet controlled by the publication administrator and processed by Google Apps Script. Access is limited to the people who administer the publication. Pitch details are retained while they are useful for editorial review and follow-up; ask us to delete a record if you no longer want us to keep it. We do not sell or rent contact information.

You can decline the playlist newsletter without affecting your ability to use the site. You can unsubscribe at any time or request access, correction or deletion by contacting admin@intelliinvestor.org.in.
